Very very yummy. I ordered the duck fried rice and it SLAPPED. I actually ordered 2 lol. One to eat immediately and another to eat later. I messed up by saving one for later. Once it got cold the rice just sat in grease and it wasn't too pleasant. Moral of the story is eat it while it's hot and it will be delicious!

Elevated breakfast food. Onefold serves traditional items with organic ingredients and locally roasted coffee from Middle State. I love their frittata with breakfast greens and fresh squeezed orange juice. They offer tofu substitutions as vegetarian options.. however, they're known for their congee! Order at the register, sit outside when the weather is nice.

Came here on vacation after I recommendation. The food and drink choices are unique and more Hispanic based. I got the tacos and Japanese ice coffee not pictured. I should've dunked my tacos in the sauce provided a little more as they tasted somewhat bland. The crepe was great though. Loved the outdoor seating as the inside is a little tight with limited seating. You order before you sit and they give you a number to bring the food and drinks over, didnt wait long at all

Onefold is just one of those restaurants that memories are made of. I found this by chance on a YT Best Local Eats Denver and since then it was on my mind prior to traveling. Onefold was the FIRST place that was visited upon touchdown in Denver. Heard nothing but great reviews and OMG, they did not disappoint!!! The space inside is quaint but they do have outside patio seating. The dish of choice was Bacon Fried Rice, which the server Sydney informed me they have two sizes. If you are hungry go for the regular portion unless you are sharing with others and check this out..if you want to order another coffee all you have to do is scan the QR code sitting on the table. Genius...Will be back!!!!

Didn't come in expecting much but this place really impressed my friends and I! Busy brunch spot with huge portions and organic + local ingredients that you can really taste the quality of. Highly recommend the breakfast quesadilla - the pork green chile pairs very well with it. Duck fried rice was so fragrant with umami scallion oil flavors wowow. Most things on the menu are the same price which is interesting and a bit odd. My friend's small croissant sandwich (2 eggs with cheese in a croissant) was the same price as all of our entrees with typically more expensive proteins. The interior was spacious. You wait in line to order your food, then take your number to a table (difficult to find empty tables during weekends especially). It was about 25 minutes in line and another 10-15 minutes waiting for a table to open up. The food arrived about 15 minutes after we sat down. Definitely go early if you can to avoid longer wait times.

Lucked out and got a table inside with no wait, at this tiny and popular breakfast spot near the hospital. It was a Wednesday in June before 10 am. Husband and I were fortifying before our trip to the Science Museum for free admission day. Tourists! Place your order at the counter, take your number to your table and pretty quickly the meal arrives. I ordered a frittata and my husband had breakfast tacos. The tacos were unique with three large slabs of griddled mozzarella cheese on top of sausage and eggs. It was massive. Three flour tortillas, cheese, eggs and salsa. I ordered the frittata with no meat because they do not offer a non-pork option. It was good but not as filling. Leeks, eggs, cheddar cheese, cherry tomatoes and a side of greens with lemon vinaigrette. I think the eggs were too brown, but that's just me. Service was really only about bringing the food but we didn't have coffee or anything requiring refills but our water. Definitely recommend!

Food: delicious and unique, however will be taking 1 star away for being overly salty on the dishes and overly sweet on the coffee Service: casual Ambiance: modern and clean I would go again but would ask for less syrup in coffee and less salt on everything if they are able to modify.
